Our Story
Georgia Ribs and Catering LLC is a family-owned-and-operated food truck company specializing in BBQ and homemade Southern food and sides. We started out under a tent in 2012. After years of hard work and determination, Jeffrey Seldon and his wife, Katrina were able to acquire a food trailer in 2020. The rest, as they say, is history!
Individually Jeffrey and Katrina have been cooking since they were children. As a couple, they’ve been passionately cooking together for over 14 years.
